Deleting your GoRage account

The GoRage app is made by the GoRage team. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

In the app

• Open GoRage and sign in.
• Go to Account → Account details → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

Without the app

Email us at contact@gorage.app from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

What happens to your data

• The account is deactivated immediately. If you change your mind, sign in again within 14 days and it stays.
• After 14 days we permanently delete, within 30 days: your profile, cars, favourites, bookings, chats, reviews and, for garages, client data.
• Backups are overwritten automatically within 35 days.
• We keep only what the law requires (for example accounting records for subscriptions), company verification records and data needed to defend a legal claim, for the periods in the Privacy policy.
• Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account.
